Sunny Hvar, in accordance with the Securities Market Act and the rules of the Varaždin and Zagreb Stock Exchanges, announced that the Commercial Court in Split issued a decision on February 13, 2007, which registers the decision to increase share capital in the court register of the Court in Split and the increase of share capital
In accordance with the aforementioned decision of the Management Board, the share capital of Sunny Hvar has been increased from the amount of 531,097,100 kuna, by the amount of 88,516,100 kuna, to the amount of 619,613,200 kuna by issuing 885,161 ordinary shares in the name, in non-materialized form, with a nominal value of 100.00 kuna per share through a private offering. The shares have been subscribed and paid in the nominal amount.
