The company Combis, a Croatian system integrator, has presented a new solution to business users in the financial sector – the banking kiosk. This is a unique solution that enables 24-hour access to all basic counter services. Private users can now print account transactions, obtain a statement listing all transactions, pay bills, and access internet banking without waiting in lines and in a secure banking environment.
For legal entities, the banking kiosk allows for faster execution of a large number of payment services, from payment orders and payroll orders to printing statements and account transactions, as well as internet banking. Combis, the leading company in the field of direct banking in Croatia, in collaboration with partners specialized in the production of web and info kiosks, has created a unique solution that combines the functionalities of at least three previously separate devices.
The new solution is based on a standard web kiosk, with additional banking modules such as a secure banking keyboard, a banking card reader, and industrial scanners. The applications, as well as the device itself, integrate top-quality verified components that are also used in ATMs. This innovative solution was first implemented by Zagrebačka banka among business banks in Croatia.
