Raiffeisen Housing Savings Bank concluded 39,000 new housing savings contracts last year, with a total value exceeding 294.8 million euros, bringing the number of contracts concluded by this savings bank since its inception to 185,169, and the total contractual value of these contracts to nearly 1.5 billion euros. In its lending operations, RSŠ approved 3,807 loans amounting to 388 million kuna last year, of which 1,873 loans were realized through the inter-financing model, amounting to 260.22 million kuna
With data at the end of last year, RSŠ has so far approved a total of 10,251 loans, of which 2,028 were realized through the inter-financing model, and the total amount of all approved loans is 824.2 million kuna. Of this amount, 282.67 million kuna relates to inter-financing. The inter-financing loan model represents a system for approving housing loans without waiting, that is, before the expiration of the minimum two-year savings period. The inter-financing model (MFC) is intended for existing and future savers, and the prerequisite for concluding a loan agreement for inter-financing is a savings contract in loan tariffs.
