One of the world’s most renowned contemporary architects, Daniel Libeskind, presented his work to the Croatian public. He came to Zagreb at the invitation of Orco Property Group, with which he collaborates successfully, to familiarize himself with the capital and gain insight into construction opportunities.
The founder, CEO, and main executive director of Orco Property Group, Jean-Francois Ott, and Daniel Libeskind met with the mayor of Zagreb, Milan Bandić. According to Jean-Francois Ott, they did not discuss specific projects but rather the concept of the city in which they plan to invest 200 million euros.
– Buildings in the city should be constructed for its residents, not for tourists. Cities are made by people, while buildings should contribute to improving the quality of life. I really like Zagreb, and it is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe – said Daniel Libeskind. Libeskind presented his latest work – the tallest residential center in Europe, a luxury multi-story building in the very center of Warsaw known as Zlota 44.
